Recently completed a Modern home cinema room with

Recently completed a Modern home cinema room with a 55” Samsung TV for causal viewing.

This room can quickly convert to a 120” drop screen projector that is discreetly hidden away within the ceiling. This allows the customer to watch Sky 4k, Blu-ray, CCTV, Apple TV, etc.

We added a Dolby 5.2.2 monitor audio surround sound system to allow the customer to feel immersed when watching. JL subwoofers are also included in the room.

One of the most important components when building a cinema room is knowing how to control the room with the touch of a button. Thanks to control 4 integration, the customer can control their:
•Lighting system
•Intercom system
•Sonos music
•Samsung TVs
•Heatmiser heating
•Hikvision CCTV
•Sky Q
•Garage door
Using their smart phone.

Here’s a property we completed back in 2020 called Horace mills in Cononley with Candelisa award winning developers yet again.

This huge property complex consists of an apartment building with over 50 apartments, (including 17 luxury penthouse apartments with lighting and music from Control 4.)
The property has multiple communal areas with a smoke vent system, occupancy sensors as well as contemporary LED lighting to improve ceiling detail.
The building is also complimented with a lighted car park and a meter room, (the final two photos) planned out to EON’ spacing requirements.

The site also includes 50 high spec houses all fitted with Heatmiser heating controls which can be controlled using a smart phone, Orisec intruder alarms, chrome switches and sockets, and LED lighting.

Barn conversion fitted with discrete home cinema as well as a new lighting system fitted throughout the house.

This new lounge area allows the customer to choose how they watch tv as they can switch between a 55” screen and 130” projector screen in a matter of seconds. This screen change is possible with the pure theatre drop down screen and drop down projector.

The lounge is also fitted with a 5.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound system which immerses the customer whilst watching a movie or tv show.

The lighting system we used throughout the property is the Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting system scene setting. This type of lighting integrates fully with Control4. Control4 also controls:
•Qmotion blinds. •Sonos music
•Sony TVs •Door locks •Curtains
•Wake and sleep timers
•IP camera system •Garage door
•External sensors for PTZ cameras
•intercom door system

There is also Wi-Fi throughout the house with Dray Tek Wi-Fi points.

All these rooms have been fitted with the best electrical equipment to make the apartments as luxurious as possible!

The communal mains room uses galvanised trunking for mains switching and metering positions.

We have also installed a fire and smoke system to ensure safety for the occupants.

Check out this house we recently refurnished!

The first two pictures show the completed en-suit bathroom where we installed some amazing mood lighting.

We used LED strips underneath the bath and in the niche which creates a really nice look. LEDs are becoming very common as they typically use substantially less energy then a incandescent light bulb. LEDs also have longer life spans and look much better than a standard light.

The last two images shows original oak support beams which the customer wanted to keep as well as adding lighting as a feature. We used saxby directional surface spots with LED lamps. These look excellent as well as being an affordable price.
